Brian Coyne, NASM-CPT-PES-YES
Founder, Fitness Coach
Brian Coyne is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT, PES, YES) and is also CPR/AED Certified for Adults and Children. With over a decade of experience, Brian has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. From the teen athlete to the senior citizen, Brian’s true passion is helping every client in reaching his/her fitness goals. Brian specializes in developing holistic training programs promoting lifestyle change for permanent results. These results include body fat loss, athletic performance, balance and whole body functional strength and flexibility. In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Heidi, son Logan, and the family dog, Rosie. Brian is also a Legionnaire member of Tough Mudder, an obstacle course race organization. Brian enjoys traveling, reading, sports and of course, the Patriots!

Heidi Coyne
Business Manager
Heidi runs Coyne Fitness from "behind the scenes". With over a decade in administrative and administration, Heidi handles all the business, marketing and social aspects of our business. Heidi keeps Coyne Fitness running. Along with Coyne Fitness, Heidi works as an Associate Teacher at an early education center.
Heidi is a huge Caribbean lover and often daydreams of the islands and planning the family's escape there!
Logan Coyne
Chief Fun Tester
Introducing Logan! Logan is the youngest member of Coyne Fitness. Diagnosed with ASD at 4 years old and Inattentive-ADHD at 7, Logan continues to amaze and inspire everyone he meets. A 1st Dan Blackbelt in Taekwondo, Logan also loves to play golf in his free time. Logan often helps his Dad with all the fun stuff Coyne Fitness comes up with (he is the official exercise "tester")!
